For Domestic orders: 

It may take up to 2 weeks to reach you. We encourage you to select the express option if you are eager for your order however please note the express post 1-3 business day is no longer guaranteed. For the health and safety of delivery services, no parcels will require a signature on delivery. Please select a secure address when placing your order.

For International orders:

we are experiencing huge delays due to decreased air activity across the world. Some countries have suspended all deliveries and therefore if we cannot ship to your country we will contact you about holding your order or a refund. Once your order leaves us, we cannot cancel your order.
